One of my greatest intentions is to help others feel well because then you do well. Vital health has a strong ripple effect within all the areas of one's life and the lives of those around you. I want to be a part of creating a positive ripple effect as far and as wide as possible :)

I have been studying and learning about holistic therapies ever since I was in my teens. From the power of the mind, to herbs, sound therapy, essential oils, nutrition, Qi gong, and acupuncture, I am thrilled to share my knowledge and experience with others to support healing and wellness. I have been in practice for 15 years and I feel so blessed to do what I love. 

Originally I was fascinated and drawn to acupuncture because I was learning about our body's energetic highway system (referred to as meridians) in the modality known as EFT (tapping on acupuncture points for healing). It only took one acupuncture treatment for me to become a believer. I went in to help treat insomnia, stress and hyperhidrosis (sweaty palms). I was amazed that after just a few needles were inserted, my hands became completely dry, as if by magic! I left the clinic feeling so relaxed and calm (which I refer to as the "zen zone") and slept like a baby that night. I was inspired to become a practitioner and the rest is history as my journey continues to unfold.
