Acupuncture needles are very thin- the circumference of a human hair. Jennifer uses a gentle technique, so the treatments are usually painless. After the needle is inserted, you may notice a sensation of tingling, heaviness or the sensation of movement of energy along the body. This experience is referred to as a "qi response". Patients often report feeling relaxed and more grounded after treatments.
