About Me:

My healing journey began in 2002, when I got into a car accident and fractured my pelvis. The accident caused me to be bed-ridden for a month. Everyday I would visualize my bones recalcifying and growing back together, becoming strong and mobile once again. I healed in half the amount of time my doctor predicted I would, and I was sold on the power of the mind. Through a series of synchronistic events, I moved out to San Diego and went to school for hypnosis to learn more. In my schooling, I learned about EFT, which is where you tap on acupuncture points for healing. The method was so effective for myself and my clients that I then pursued acupuncture to expand my toolbox for healing. In school, I became aware of the 5-Element style of acupuncture and concurrently pursued it as an additional credential to supplement my practice. Experiencing both hypnosis and 5-Element acupuncture has transformed my life as well as my outlook. And the journey continues!

In my free time I enjoy rollerblading, teaching, kayaking, rowing, hiking, jogging, painting, reading, and being in nature.
